Women's Creative Company and Shared Space

I designed a pair of logos for these two intiatives run by the theatre company A Moment's Peace. The brief was to design two logos which worked individually but also loosely as a set.

Women's Creative Company (WCC) exists so that women of all ages and cultures from across Glasgow can come together and share their experiences, ideas and creative energy. The logo's corners are formed with simplified letter Ws – also intended to give the impression of figures with open arms – to represent the welcoming, open nature of the initiative.

Shared Space is a mixed artform group which focuses on engaging, supporting and making creative work with individuals affected by the complex and hostile UK immigration system. The logo uses a variation of the corners with open arms as seen in the WCC logo, but in a slightly different way to give the feeling of a 'space'.
